The Producer Tour Advance Estimator is a free tool that projects what publishing advance a music publisher would offer based on your catalog size, streaming totals, and trailing 12-month royalty rate.
Industry rule of thumb: trailing 12-month songwriter royalties × 1-5x multiplier, where the multiplier ranges from 1x (admin deal with advance) to 5x (traditional deal at a major).
